Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional support to patients. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our Customer Service Representatives, ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train Customer Service Representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional patient support.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance, manage workflows, and handle escalated patient issues to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.
- Patient Support: Assist with complex patient interactions, coordinating with clinics to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective patient support and service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisor role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong patient-first mindset.
- Skilled in de-escalation techniques, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
- Problem-solving abilities and a passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Benefits:
