Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to lead our design efforts and drive project success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing design concepts, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring project deliverables meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement design concepts and strategies that align with client goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success
  • Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and other project materials
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to inform design decisions
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Promote a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the team

Requirements

  • Registered Architect in the state of Texas or eligible for reciprocity
  • 5-10 years of experience in community-based design and project management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Proficient in Revit Architecture, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Sketchup
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
