  • Staff Management: Ensure adequate staffing in accordance with contractual obligations and oversee staff scheduling.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Participate in the interviewing and selection of staff and Independent Contractors, and facilitate orientation and training for new personnel.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to YesCare and applicable client systems and applications.
  • Audit Coordination: Facilitate the Medical Audit Committee and manage monthly meetings.
  • Accreditation Maintenance: Secure and maintain necessary accreditations and inspections, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Service Coordination: Collaborate with Hospital Administrators and external providers to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Policy Enforcement: Uphold and enforce all safety and security protocols.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct annual performance evaluations for all personnel, including peer reviews.
  • Corrective Action Plans: Ensure timely and accurate completion of CAPs as needed.
  • Disciplinary Actions: Counsel and discipline employees as necessary for policy breaches.
  • Decision-Making: Exercise discretion and independent judgment in managing facility operations.
  • Meeting Participation: Attend required regional and corporate meetings.
  • Health Services Planning: Coordinate the annual health services planning process for the site.
  • On-Call Responsibilities: Accept on-call cell phone duties as required.
  • Confidentiality Commitment: Uphold all regulations governing patient confidentiality.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
