Role Overview

  • Deliver engaging presentations, either in person or via virtual platforms, to raise awareness of plan features
  • Participate in benefits fairs and orientations for new employees
  • Engage in the annual review process of retirement plans
  • Support educational initiatives aimed at increasing participation rates
  • Meet with employees to guide them on plan participation
  • Potential travel within assigned territory for new plan enrollments

Qualifications We Seek

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus
