About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to achieve project goals and deliverables.
  • Participate in the preconstruction bidding process, providing feasibility, schedules, and cost estimates.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure they meet deadlines, budget, production, and quality standards.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation, managing team workload and priorities.
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular status updates and reports.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, specifications, submittals, and other records.
  • Authorize purchase orders, change orders, and approve invoices for payment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with members of the company, client organizations, and the community.
  • Skilled in leading a group of diverse individuals in an office and field setting.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Able to multi-task, work efficiently both independently and collaboratively, and adapt quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates time management skills with the ability to prioritize the daily workload while planning ahead for larger projects.
  • Proven ability to fulfill development to closeout responsibilities for complex projects.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other project management tools.
  • Ability to frequently visit jobsites and travel for projects if needed.
  • Current driver's license.
