Key Responsibilities- Clean and Clean Up: Ensure that all work areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to meet our high standards.
- Prepare Work Areas: Set up staging areas and equipment for each project, ensuring that all necessary tools and materials are readily available.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless project execution.
- Perform Production Processes: Carry out restoration tasks as directed, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- End-of-Day/End-of-Job Cleanup: Ensure that all work areas are left in a clean and orderly condition, meeting our company's high standards.
- Background Check: Must pass a thorough background check and possess a valid driver's license.
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
- Repetitive Tasks: Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
- Cleaning Agents: Ability to work with and around cleaning agents.
