Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative/In-Store Promoter. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our services and products to customers in a retail home improvement setting.
Key Responsibilities- Represent Aksarben ARS in a partnered retail location, engaging with customers and promoting energy savings, heating and cooling upgrades, and air quality improvements.
- Schedule free in-home consultations for customers, and work with industry experts to provide solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, working independently to achieve results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently in a retail environment, representing Aksarben ARS and promoting our services and products.
- Sales experience preferred, but an outgoing personality and strong communication skills are essential.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer needs.
- Ability to complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- A competitive hourly rate of $18-25, plus $300-$600 in weekly commissions.
- A flexible schedule, with opportunities for full-time and part-time work.
- Ongoing training and development to ensure success in the role.
