Lead the Experience:

As a Shift Manager at McDonald's, you will oversee crew schedules, provide encouraging leadership for crew and managers, and supervise food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald's standards. You will also take measures around safety, security, inventory, and profitability, and cultivate and encourage training, education, and continued learning within the restaurant.

Inspire and Empower:
You will provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment, drive and expect a high level of performance from the team, and inspire and empower crew and managers to provide an outstanding guest experience. You will also communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs, and provide strong customer service and support focus.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle and oversee crew schedules
Provide encouraging leadership for crew and managers to provide an outstanding guest experience
Supervise and lead food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald's standards
Take measures around safety, security, inventory, and profitability
Cultivate and encourage training, education, and continued learning within the restaurant
Drive and expect a high level of performance from the team
