About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and ensuring the highest quality products are produced.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead process improvements and loss analysis to drive business results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
  • Provide training and coaching to teams on Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and techniques
  • Oversee manufacturing standards implementation, adherence, and modernization deployment
  • Provide technical guidance to Lean Six Sigma efforts to support the Measurement System Analysis
  • Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps
  • Establish new work standards to sustain improvement
  • Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related field
  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive results
  • Microsoft Suite expertise
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Process Engineer or in a related field
  • Knowledge of Integrated Lean Six Sigma Work Systems
  • Knowledge of Measurement Methods and Statistical Analysis
  • Previous Project Management experience
  • Previous experience in Production, Process, or Continuous Improvement experience within Food Manufacturing
