About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our Global Digital, OMNI & Guest Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of a governance model and cross-functional strategic planning programs to enable alignment and executive decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of a long-range planning framework and processes to connect long-term strategy to annual operating plan
  • Enable and optimize the annual operating plan process in partnership with FP&A and technology partners
  • Develop and prepare roll-up view of key planning deliverables (e.g. LRP, OKR, AOP) for senior leadership team to make informed decisions
  • Optimize and enable a common dependency management, intake and quarterly planning process in partnership with other functional portfolio leaders and technology stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university in business operations or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • 8+ years of experience related with strategic planning, long range planning, program management or management consulting preferably in vertically integrated, global, retail environments
