Job Description:
As an Atlassian Expert at Zobility, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Jira and Confluence. You will serve as a technical expert of the Jira and Confluence applications, enforcing best practices and standards. Your in-depth understanding of business processes supported by Jira and Confluence is essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:
* Technical support and maintenance of Jira and Confluence
* Serve as a technical expert and enforce best practices and standards
* In-depth understanding of business processes supported by Jira and Confluence
* Leadership on tool usage, standard methodologies, and implementation
* Documentation of technical solutions aligning with enterprise objectives
* Identification and communication of gaps between current and desired end states
* Collaboration with users to ensure consistent performance
* Trusted support and escalation point for technical issues
* Assistance with delivery management processes and enforcement
* Scheduled and ad-hoc demos and trainings of all Atlassian Tools
* Communication and collaboration with internal/external teams

Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience with deep hands-on expertise with the Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk and others) and supporting 3rd party add-ons (Structure, Insight, Zephyr, etc.)
* Process-oriented mindset
* Good experience in enabling enterprise-level processes using Jira and Confluence
* Experience with configuring and supporting integration using development tools on Jira
* Experience with managing reports on Jira and supported reporting applications
* Conceptual and practical understanding of SDLC, ITIL and Agile Frameworks
* Technical understanding of common networking terms and tools
* Previous experience working in a dynamic and agile environment
* Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a rapidly changing environment
* Strong executive presence, facilitation skills, drive for results, attention to quality and detail, and a collaborative attitude
* Good work ethic and ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
