In this capacity, you will be tasked with the critical role of researching, formulating, and executing effective recruiting and staffing methodologies to discover and engage top candidates.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with departmental leaders to devise and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies.
- Participating in regular recruitment discussions and providing updates to managers on the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives.
- Utilizing diverse resources to attract high-quality candidates through online platforms, community engagement, career fairs, and professional networks.
- Developing and executing robust sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry events, to create a strong talent pipeline.
- Crafting engaging job descriptions that reflect Otak's culture, values, and unique attributes to appeal to potential candidates.
- Building and nurturing relationships with prospective candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including resume screening, candidate advising, and facilitating the offer process.
- Successfully negotiating terms and agreements for candidate offers.
- Maintaining organized and accurate records of all candidates and recruitment activities within our applicant tracking system.
- Effectively handling a high volume of recruitment tasks.
- Creating guides for hiring managers and conducting tailored training sessions for onboarding new employees.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience will be considered.
- At least 5 years of corporate recruiting experience; background in architecture, civil engineering, project management, or planning is preferred.
- Proven expertise in strategically navigating the closing and negotiation phases of recruitment.
- Proficiency in optimizing search strategies using advanced techniques and AI tools.
- Demonstrated experience with technology, social media platforms, and innovative recruitment methods.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP/SHRM-HCP/PHR/SPHR or AIRS certification are advantageous.
