Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fine dining level food and beverage service to guests, adhering to DLTCC standards of service.

  • Setup and maintain food and beverage stations in various locations throughout the building, ensuring a tidy and organized environment.
  • Maintain and inventory food and beverage stations, ensuring accurate and complete work.
  • Participate in setup and cleanup of food and beverage service items, ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED, with a minimum of one year of work experience in events, banquets, or restaurants.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
  • Must be detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, handle and move objects, and lift up to 30 pounds.
