Job Title: Senior Civil Project Engineer

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Project Engineer to lead and manage complex civil engineering projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation road design and proven experience in project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and oversee all phases of civil engineering projects, including planning, design, execution, and close-out.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation ensuring cost-effective delivery.
* Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
* Mentor and develop junior engineers and project staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure the team meets project milestones and deliverables.
* Maintain accurate records of project activities and prepare regular progress reports.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
* Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
* Demonstrated 4+ years of experience within the civil design industry with a focus on transportation road design and proven track-record of leading and managing complex projects.
* Strong technical expertise in engineering principles, construction methods, and project management.
* Experience with risk management, budgeting, cost control, relevant industry regulations, codes, and standards.
* Proficiency with Auto CAD and Civil 3D.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
