Job Description

24 Seven Talent is seeking a skilled and experienced Content Strategist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality, persuasive content for a dynamic and innovative creative agency based in the medical equipment manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop and produce a variety of content types, including website copy, white papers, case studies, brochures, tradeshow materials, and more.
  • Tailoring Content: Tailor content to resonate with key decision-makers such as sales leaders, CEOs, and Directors of Risk Management, ensuring it aligns with their priorities and concerns.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including designers and strategists, to ensure content meets client objectives and maintains high standards of quality.
  • Research: Conduct thorough research on medical device trends, particularly in the cardiac, vascular, and thoracic fields, to inform and enhance content creation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of industry language and tone, adapting messaging to effectively communicate with target audiences.
  • Review and Editing: Review and edit content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client guidelines.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adjusting priorities as needed to accommodate changing demands.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in creating technical and persuasive content, both long and short form, including website copy, blogs, and tradeshow materials.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical device language, especially in the cardiac, vascular, and thoracic fields, and proven experience in crafting content for key decision-makers in this sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client standards.
  • Collaboration and Adaptability: Highly adaptable with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) to navigate client relationships and internal dynamics effectively, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Ownership Mentality: Demonstrates a high level of service and commitment to client satisfaction, taking full ownership of assigned projects and responsibilities.
