  • Mentor and provide evaluations of field trainers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of experience in an education or training role in medical device, pharma, or healthcare.
  • Associate's degree with 4+ years of experience in a related clinical role (Nursing, Surgical Technologist, Radiologic Technologist, etc.).
  • Experience in minimally invasive spine procedures utilizing fluoroscopy, CT, and MRI is essential.
  • 5+ years of experience in medical device and/or healthcare sales (fluoroscopic guided spine procedures preferred).
  • Experience in spinal cadaveric training is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to visualize and translate 2-dimensional fluoroscopic images into anatomical 3-dimensional spaces.
  • Able to travel up to 50%.
