Work Schedule:

1st shift; 7:00am - 4:00pm

Job Overview:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the operation of a turret press and various other machinery as required. Your duties will include:

  • Executing operations on turret presses
  • Conducting prefabrication tasks, including shearing, sawing, grinding, and drilling
  • Handling cut parts from a plasma table and organizing them onto pallets
  • Hoisting full sheets of material onto the work table and manually removing smaller components
  • Producing machined components by programming and managing CNC machinery while adhering to quality and safety protocols
  • Ensuring equipment and materials are maintained by fulfilling preventive maintenance obligations
  • Following manufacturer guidelines and diagnosing any operational issues

Qualifications:

  • Experience with bullet press machinery
  • Knowledge of prefabrication processes
  • Proficiency in shearing, sawing, grinding, and drilling
  • Capability in programming and operating CNC machines
  • Understanding of preventive maintenance practices
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
  • Skill in analyzing strategic objectives
  • Experience in candidate selection and screening
