Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and families to coordinate care and address any concerns or questions.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote self-care and empowerment.
- Track and analyze patient data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- Three years of RN nursing experience.
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) certification.
- Bachelor's degree of Nursing.
- Certification as a Radiation Oncology Nurse Navigator.
This role requires the ability to:
- See and read information, labels, and patient data.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Operate complex medical equipment.
- Stand for extended periods and navigate crowded areas.
