Job Title: Full Stack Developer

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our fast-paced Experience Development Team at Accellor. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in driving design and implementation of solutions and product features, as well as supporting the live operation at scale of user-facing critical Web flows.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and code in a full-stack arena using React, Next.js, Node.js, GraphQL, tRPC, Java with Spring Boot / Kotlin.
- Develop in micro frontend SPA architecture.
- Design and develop connecting backends with frontend using experience designing and architecturing integrations.
- Develop in composable web platforms like Netlify, Vercel, etc.
- Participate in the prioritization process to bring hidden technical needs to the roadmap.
- Translate business requirements into technical ones with very strong communication skills.
- Guide junior fellows and help them develop their skills and qualities.

Requirements
- Extensive professional experience developing front-end apps in JavaScript, Next.js, ReactJS, Node.js, Java.
- Strong knowledge of micro-frontend architecture.
- Experience with composable web platforms like Netlify, Vercel.
- Experience with BFF Design patterns.
- A creative and precise problem solver.
- Digital Product/UX understanding.
- AWS Experience.
- CI/CD Jenkins pipeline configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Spring or other similar inversion of control frameworks.
- Experience working in subscription and/or E-commerce companies.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience working with Kong API Gateway configuration and LUA scripts.
- Experience working with CICD/Jenkins pipelines configuration.
- Experience working with Kubernetes.
- Experience with composable technologies and tools like Commercetools.
- A creative and precise problem solver.
- Passionately worked on and driven large scale projects to completion.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
