About the Role:

  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code with a focus on back-end development using Node.js.
  • Contribute to the development of user-facing elements, integrating them with server-side logic.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose, advocate for, and implement solutions that will keep our tech stack modern and effective.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Full-stack Developer with a strong emphasis on back-end development, specifically with Node.js.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of server-side templating languages and server-side CSS preprocessors.
  • Experience in implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
