Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized, goal-directed patient care to families and patients at the competent level utilizing the principles and practices of the nursing process.
  • Deliver safe and effective care, interacting with other members of the healthcare team to achieve desired results.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse required.
  • Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Working Conditions

The Registered Nurse II will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing care to adult patients with a range of neurological conditions. The successful candidate will be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, and will be required to lift and move patients as needed.
