Job Summary:The Registered Nurse II will provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients at the Tricounty Crisis Stabilization Unit. This position requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse by the SC Board of Nursing.
- Three years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with two years in a community mental health program.
