Key Responsibilities- Provide mentorship and training to Medical Assistants, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Lead day-to-day operations, including supervising staff, managing workflows, and ensuring seamless patient care.
- Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, and other medical tasks, using appropriate skills and techniques to provide high-quality care.
- Perform and document vital signs, clinical care quality measures, and medical history information, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Remain proficient in information technology systems, adhering to established scope of practice and HIPAA guidelines.
- Order clinical supplies, maintaining inventory and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Experience in a physician office or healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of medical procedures and protocols.
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association, obtained within 90 days of hire.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Medical Assistant certification obtained within 6 months of hire.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
