Job Title: Master Social Worker

Job Summary:

The Master Social Worker will be responsible for delivering counseling, support, and advocacy services to individuals and families facing various challenges.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of social work principles, and a passion for community service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs through interviews, observations, and review of records.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
  • Provide counseling and support to clients experiencing emotional, social, or economic difficulties.
  • Assist clients in accessing community resources, such as housing, healthcare, education, and employment services.
  • Advocate for clients within social service systems and collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions, services provided, and progress toward goals.
  • Conduct outreach and education to raise awareness of social services available to the community.
  • Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and training sessions to enhance professional development and service delivery.
  • Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all interactions with clients and agencies.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Interns in social work while in an accredited institution. We provide supervision.
  • Knowledge of social work principles, practices, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
  • Proficient in using case management software and other relevant technology.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards.
