About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Global Services Representative to join our team at Charles Schwab. As a key member of our Global Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional phone-based support to our international and domestic clients, assisting with trading futures products and supporting clients within Stock Plan Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and consultative support to clients, addressing their trading needs and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to understand their trading goals and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Assist clients with trading futures products, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing market insights.
  • Support clients within Stock Plan Services, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on plan administration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and rapport through exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required (or a condition of employment to successfully obtain these licenses within the allotted training time).
  • Experience working with international clients and processes, either as a contractor or associate.
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin preferred.
  • FINRA Series 9-10 license preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Client Service, Financial Services, and/or Brokerage Services, with a focus on trading and client engagement.
  • Passion for trading and market knowledge, with the ability to proactively discuss trading topics and solutions with clients.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to effectively mitigate risk and adhere to trading accuracy and policies.
  • Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients over the phone.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written skills, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Resilience to achieve client happiness in a fast-paced call environment.
