Outpatient Therapist/Outpatient Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outpatient Therapist/Outpatient Supervisor to join our team at Axesspointe Community Health Center. The successful candidate will provide a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic services to a diverse client population, while also supervising and coordinating the work of other staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to clients through individual, group, and family methods.
- Supervise and train clinical and clerical staff, ensuring they meet productivity standards and adhere to agency policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with other community agencies to ensure effective inter-agency cooperation.
- Assist with the development of programming and meet the demands of community needs.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology or social work.
- Current licensure as a LPCC-S or LISW-S in the State of Ohio.
- Peer Support Supervision Designation.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to meet agency requirements for criminal background checks.
