Job Title: Injection Molding- Motan/ Resin Tech 2nd Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Injection Molding Technician to join our team at Plasman Lawrenceburg Manufacturing. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our plastic injection molding equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain plastic injection molding equipment, including the Motan system, to produce high-quality parts.
  • Handle and store raw materials and finished products, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimal waste.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment, to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with production supervisors and other team members to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure that all products meet Plasman's high standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of plastic injection molding processes and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
