We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our team at ABM Industries. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain building floors, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
  • Operate power equipment and use chemical cleaners in accordance with safety procedures.
  • Dust and wash furniture, walls, machines, and equipment, as well as clean ceilings and light fixtures.
  • Mix and apply cleaning solutions to prepare floors for stripping, sealing, and polishing.
  • Clean and vacuum carpeted areas, including spot cleaning treatment.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must meet all requirements for working in specific environments, including a 10-year work history if available.
  • No experience required, with on-the-job training provided.
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience.
  • 1 year of similar work experience.
