Job Description

This is a role in Mosaic Personnel where you will be working on ensuring the company policies are aligned with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor updates to relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Audit HR processes, policies, and protocols to ensure alignment with current legal requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR, benefits, or leave management, with a solid understanding of relevant laws and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting employment legislation, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
