This position does offer some flexibility during your M-F schedule. You will be working as a consultant Registered Dietitian providing nutrition services to skilled nursing facilities and/or behavioral health.
Key Responsibilities- Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
- Documentation for residents at a high risk for nutritional problems.
- Participation in the care planning process.
- Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audit for safety, sanitation, and quality of food.
- Commission on dietetic registration (CDR) credentials.
- Licensed (if required by State)
- 2 years of consulting/long term care is preferred, but we will consider many factors.
