Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a solid book of business for existing clients and grow a new business base through various sales tactics.
  • Determine clients' particular needs by conducting fact-finding appointments and assessing their current coverage and risks.
  • Develop a coordinated protection plan by calculating and quoting rates for immediate coverage and long-term strategy implementation.
  • Obtain underwriting approval by accurately completing applications for coverage and communicating effectively with underwriters.
  • Complete coverage by delivering policies and planning future follow-up visits and evaluations of needs.
  • Remain educated on all insurance coverage provisions, the overall insurance industry, regulations, and pertinent legislation to ensure customers understand their coverage terms and insurance services.

The candidate will be based in the Lake Elmo, MN office, with the potential for a combination of onsite and remote work after a proven track record of success.

The pay rate will vary depending on a candidate's education, level of experience, and industry. Pay includes a base salary, but is primarily a performance-based structure (commission + bonus).
