Role Responsibilities

Located in our North American office, this position encompasses all aspects of human resources. Reporting to the Operations Manager, COO, and CFO, you will also collaborate with the HR Manager based in our UK Head Office to implement HR best practices and deliver an effective global HR strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining HR systems, policies, and processes to ensure compliance with all people-related matters.
  • Ensuring adherence to employment laws and updating policies accordingly.
  • Facilitating talent development and implementing a Learning & Development function that aligns with the broader business needs.
  • Coordinating and overseeing the orientation process for new employees.
  • Collaborating with the UK office HR to ensure alignment with organizational values.
  • Coaching and supporting managers to enhance their team management capabilities.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable HR Generalist who will play a vital role in providing expert guidance and support on various HR matters to both employees and management. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of HR advisory experience with a solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • A professional HR qualification, such as Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to cultivate effective relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of employment law across multiple US states is a distinct advantage.
