The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree or Board Certification (e.g. PharmD, M.S., Board Certification in a subspecialty) and be licensed to practice as a Pharmacist in the State of Kentucky. You will also have strong people skills and the ability to work with teams across various clinics and health system partners.

Responsibilities will include enrolling patients into the program, delivering "VIP level" service to each patient, retaining patients throughout the life of their therapy, and working to prevent and resolve drug-related issues. You will also serve as a resource and drug expert in specialty medications and increase knowledge through research and writing activities.

As a Clinical/Specialty Pharmacist, you will have the opportunity to work with a growing team of colleagues and contribute to the development of processes and protocols for the future.
