Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure cleanliness in resident accommodations and communal areas, deliver laundry services efficiently, and support the maintenance of a welcoming environment for residents, all under the guidance of supervisory staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and various community spaces.
  • Deliver laundry services promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist in creating a positive and sanitary environment for residents.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and infection control protocols as established by the organization.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisory personnel.

Qualifications:

  • High school enrollment or diploma/equivalent is required.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to collaborate with supervisors and colleagues.
  • Understanding of safety and sanitation practices.
  • Flexibility to work scheduled hours as needed.
  • Must not pose a health or safety risk to others.

Experience:

  • Relevant experience is necessary to fulfill job requirements.
  • Prior experience in long-term care settings is preferred but not mandatory.
