About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transaction Manager to join our team at Colliers International. As a key member of our brokerage team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating transactions, and analyzing financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate transactions, including lease negotiations and property showings
  • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in transaction management or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Valid real estate license
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Commercial real estate experience
  • Experience using Costar
