Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Surveyor, RPLS to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in land development, site development, and surveying and mapping. Key responsibilities include:

  • Independently evaluating, selecting, and applying standard surveying techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications.
  • Planning, scheduling, conducting, or coordinating detailed phases of the surveying work in a part of a major project or in a total project of moderate scope.
  • Performing work that involves conventional surveying practice but may include a variety of complex features.
  • Directing conversations with clients at the beginning, during, and end of projects.
  • Capable of supervising or coordinating the work of surveyors, technicians, and others who assist in specific assignments.
  • Sealing professional surveying documents.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) license in Florida.
  • Experience in surveying and mapping, particularly in land development and site development.
  • Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and Microsoft Office.
