We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team at Syntricate Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and administration, with a focus on solution design, functional requirements negotiation, and championing CRM best practices.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide guidance on solution design and functional requirements negotiation
* Champion CRM best practices with an integrated approach to unifying customer profiles across Marketing, Sales, and Service
* Bring expert technical knowledge to complex Salesforce scenarios, ensuring scalable, reusable technical solutions
* Design the organization strategy and data model for a Salesforce implementation
* Implement technical solutions for identity and access, data and process integrations
* Design solutions that account for large data volumes and data privacy needs
* Recommend the best solution for given requirements and articulate trade-offs
* Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions

**Requirements:**

* 10-12 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce
* Certification in Salesforce Developer/Admin roles
* Experience with Classic to LWC, Einstein AI technologies
