- Organize and manage multiple tasks, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to requests in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and respond to changing priorities
- Experience in a healthcare environment
- Previous production/metric-based work experience
- In-person customer service experience
- Ability to build relationships with on-site clients and customers
