We are in search of a licensed Medical Professional to conduct non-invasive services and treatments, including but not limited to: Laser Hair Removal, Injectables, Ultherapy Skin Lifting, Cool Sculpting, and Skin Rejuvenation.
Our training ensures that all Medical Professionals perform services and treatments in alignment with established protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies, and all relevant standards.
Treatment responsibilities may vary by state.Responsibilities:
Client Care:
Actively recommend, promote, educate, and provide medical aesthetic services and products while performing treatments.
Assess client suitability for all treatments, and educate them on the treatment process, including pre and post-treatment guidelines.
Ensure client safety and the efficacy of treatments through continuous education and training.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client treatment records.
Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring overall satisfaction while fostering client retention.
Engage in problem-solving by offering appropriate service solutions and recovery through critical thinking skills.
Clinic Operations & Sales:
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve company and clinic objectives.
Meet or exceed key performance indicators through consultative sales approaches.
Drive sales initiatives and partner with the Clinic Manager to develop strategies for client retention, service improvement, and profitability enhancement.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and preparation of treatment rooms, including cleaning, stocking, ordering supplies, and equipment maintenance.
Participate in daily scheduling to ensure treatment needs are met, accommodating client requests, including same-day treatments.
Foster professional and collaborative relationships with clients, leadership, and sales teams to achieve company and personal performance goals.
Assist with answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and processing payments as necessary.
Travel between clinics as required.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of employment, in good standing.
Proficient in computer and tablet skills, including contemporary software applications (MS Office Suite, Salesforce, etc.).
Exceptional teamwork skills with the ability to work independently.
Contribute positively to the work environment with a pleasant attitude and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
Demonstrate strong documentation skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, organization, and prioritization abilities.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing a high volume of activity and continuous change.
