You will oversee and support our Cancer Registry team, responsible for the timely and accurate abstraction of data from clinical records for reportable and non-reportable cancers. Your responsibilities will include developing and supporting registry follow-up services, recruiting and developing CTR staff, and driving optimization projects to enhance team performance. You'll also report cancer data to the state according to mandated timeframes, review case finding resources, and act as a resource on abstracting and reportability of cases. Additionally, you'll provide accurate cancer data to the UCLA Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Program for grant support and help design and analyze cancer data research requests. If you're a highly-motivated, independent professional with a related Bachelor's degree and five or more years of experience in leading and managing a large disease registry team, we encourage you to apply.
