As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality mental health services to inmates in a correctional setting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations to assess the mental health needs of inmates
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each inmate
- Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual and group counseling sessions, to promote mental health and well-being
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services
- Document all findings and treatment plans in accordance with company and facility policies
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline
- One or more years of experience in a mental health treatment program, preferably in a correctional or hospital setting
- Unrestricted, current license in the state of practice (e.g. LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, Psychologist)
