Job SummaryWe are seeking a clinically superb, dynamic Registered Nurse to join our growing team. As a Registered Nurse at Sapphire Nursing and Rehab at Goshen, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, maintaining accurate health records, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate, complete health care records and reports.
- Administer medications to patients and monitor them for side effects and reactions.
- Prescribe assistive medical devices and related treatments.
- Record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Order medical diagnostic and clinical tests.
- Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
- Administer non-intravenous medications.
- Assess, implement, plan, or evaluate patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
- Modify patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians, and facility staff.
- Pass the National Council Licensure Examination or NCLEX-RN.
- Current state licensure as a registered nurse and BLS certification required.
- American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification.
- ACLS certification.
- Basic computer skills.
- Professional, friendly attitude.
- 1 year experience (Preferred).
- Salary based on experience.
