Position Summary:
The High School Enrollment Advisor plays a crucial role in the Outreach and Admissions team, reporting directly to the Outreach and Admissions Manager. This is a full-time, salaried position that focuses on engaging with potential students and facilitating their enrollment in various educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach initiatives and direct recruitment efforts to attract prospective students.
- Collaborate with external outreach partners to assess student eligibility for enrollment in residential and non-residential programs.
- Actively participate in community events, job fairs, and informational sessions to promote educational opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including educational institutions and community organizations, to identify potential candidates.
- Interview applicants to gather necessary information for enrollment documentation.
- Monitor student progress and maintain communication with relevant departments to support student success.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all student information in compliance with organizational policies.
- Participate in the development and implementation of outreach strategies and policies.
- Foster a positive and respectful environment for students and staff, promoting the organization's core values.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as human services, education, or social sciences is preferred; an Associate's degree with relevant experience may also be considered.
- Previous experience in outreach and admissions, particularly within youth development programs, is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students while maintaining effective working relationships with team members.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is preferred.

Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in operating office equipment and software.
- Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
- Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
