- 5+ years Project Management or Project Lead experience.
- 2+ Experience in a Scrum/Agile software development environment.
- In-depth knowledge of software development operations.
- Ability to plan and execute change through a formalized change management process.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent domain.
- Experience with Jira a plus.
Electronic Arts offers a competitive base salary range of $140,700 - $204,700 USD Annually, depending on location. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off, 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
