Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at Office Depot. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering customer orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and secure delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and secure products to ensure customers receive clean and damage-free merchandise
  • Deliver products to customer locations, meeting established delivery goals and collecting and tracking customer returns within a specified timeframe
  • Operate delivery vehicles in a safe and lawful manner, responsible for the vehicle and its contents
  • Complete daily routes and all necessary paperwork, communicating obstacles that prohibit meeting established goals
  • Actively seek to support the implementation of continuous improvement to delivery processes, contributing ideas and suggestions for improvement using LEAN practices
  • Communicate customer feedback to sales and supervisory personnel, contributing ideas and suggestions for improvement
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial driving experience, with experience in the delivery of small packages preferred
  • Previous Office Depot experience a plus
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
