Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at Transforce. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering foodservice products to customers in a safe and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Products: Load and unload products from the delivery vehicle and transport them to designated customer locations.
  • Operate Delivery Vehicle: Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customers.
  • Communicate with Customers: Communicate with customers to resolve any issues or concerns related to delivery.
  • Maintain Vehicle: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the delivery vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Meet Safety Requirements: Meet all safety requirements and regulations, including those related to the Department of Transportation (DOT).
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid U.S. driver's license issued by the state of legal residence with proper endorsements if required.
  • Experience: No commercial or professional driving experience required, but one year of multi-stop delivery experience is preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis.
