As a key member of the Family Office Advisory team at Krah, you will play an essential role in nurturing relationships with ultra-high net worth clients within our Investment Management sector.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting Relationship Managers and Family Office Specialists, serving as a principal contact for client inquiries, understanding client expectations, executing client service strategies, and building trust with significant client intermediaries.

You will also facilitate effective communication between clients and their advisors, manage bill payments, maintain financial accounts, and oversee lifestyle services, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience tailored to each client's unique requirements.

This role is integral to Krah's Investment Management, which is dedicated to delivering exceptional investment portfolios by leveraging the unique capital and strategic strengths of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing operations for client relationships and/or supporting Family Office Specialists and Relationship Managers on substantial family office client accounts and/or managing operations for smaller client relationships.
  • Acting as a vital point of contact for daily client service needs.
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of assigned clients' expectations and preferences to serve as a knowledgeable advocate and ensure customized execution.
  • Implementing client service strategies, tracking team goals, and monitoring trends that may influence future client requirements.
  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with key client intermediaries such as estate managers, chiefs of staff, and executive assistants.
  • Serving as a liaison between clients and their advisors in executing wealth transfer strategies, asset protection, philanthropic initiatives, and other complex matters.
  • Managing investment operations, bill payments, and lifestyle services for assigned clients with a focus on high-touch, seamless service.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of relevant industry experience (preferably in family office, wealth management, or related fields involving high-net-worth families).
  • Preference for foundational knowledge in trust and estate planning and/or personal tax experience, with the ability to present key concepts to clients.
  • Familiarity with financial platforms such as Fidelity Wealthscape and Salesforce is advantageous.

Work Location:
Applicants are required to work onsite in our San Francisco office as per our hybrid working policy.

Compensation Range:

Krah is committed to providing a reasonable salary range for this role, along with other compensation such as discretionary bonuses, health insurance, and additional perks.

Various factors are considered in compensation decisions including skill sets, experience, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs.

Krah follows a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into account in determining compensation terms.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $90,000 – $160,000 with a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits program.
