**About the Role**

ThinkTank LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced sales team leader to join our team as a WendWell Health Sales Team Leader. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives in promoting and enrolling eligible customers into Affordable Care Act (ACA) healthcare plans.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Recruitment and Management**: Recruit and maintain a minimum of 5 sales representatives, develop strategies to attract top sales talent, and manage and support the sales team to achieve high performance and meet enrollment targets.
  • **Training and Compliance**: Conduct comprehensive training programs for new and existing agents, focusing on ACA product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance, and ensure all sales representatives adhere to ThinkTank LLC's policies and regulatory requirements.
  • **Strategic Location Management**: Identify and secure strategic locations for sales operations to maximize customer outreach and enrollments, and coordinate with local businesses, community centers, and event organizers to establish sales and enrollment venues.
  • **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded, provide regular reports on sales activities, challenges, and achievements to ThinkTank LLC management, and implement corrective actions when performance standards are not met.
  • **Customer Relationship Management**: Foster positive relationships with customers and communities to enhance ThinkTank LLC's reputation and service adoption, address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, and emphasize the importance of reducing churn and implement strategies to encourage customer loyalty and retention.
  • **Marketing and Promotion**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, utilize various channels to promote ThinkTank LLC's services, and ensure alignment with company policies and standards.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or a related field.
  • Must be comfortable with a 100% uncapped commission-based compensation structure and motivated by performance-driven earnings.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in the healthcare industry is a plus.
