GENERAL FUNCTION
As a Sales Associate, you play a crucial role in the success of Sunglass Hut. You will create an authentic, engaging, and energetic experience for all customers while assisting them in selecting premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consistently achieve sales targets and company goals by nurturing both new and existing customer relationships to build brand loyalty.

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by establishing connections, paying attention to detail, and providing a personalized shopping journey that ensures customer satisfaction.

- Actively contribute to a positive store atmosphere, fostering strong professional relationships with colleagues and management.
- Take pride in maintaining the store's appearance, showing initiative to keep displays and inventory organized and appealing. Safeguard all company assets under your supervision.
- Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and coworkers with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Adaptability to new technologies and changes with a high degree of accuracy
- Accountability for sales performance through effective selling techniques and a commitment to achieving goals.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks; capable of responding flexibly in a dynamic environment.

Compensation is influenced by various factors, including location, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage laws.
