As a Utility Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant, including cleaning, stocking, and receiving deliveries. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize kitchen and cooking equipment
  • Dust and clean windows, counters, tables, and woodwork
  • Ensure all trash is disposed of accordingly
  • Follow proper food/health safety precautions and processes
  • Communicate effectively and courteously with guests and team members
  • Perform calmly and effectively under stressful conditions
  • Promote an atmosphere of teamwork by assisting co-workers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience cleaning high-volume restaurants and equipment a plus
  • Must be thorough and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to work individually and as a part of a team
  • Must be able to create a warm and welcoming guest experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Fluent in English
  • Must be able to pass a TSA Federal background check
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
